We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and portioning food items.
Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with food prep during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
Support the kitchen team in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
