Duties and Responsibilities

? Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift while working as part of a cohesive team.

? Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and flavour profiles.

? Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring and restocking supplies as needed.

? Prepare food accurately and consistently according to restaurant specifications and Wafflato standards.

? Complete prep and production sheets daily, monitoring quantities to reduce waste.

? Follow all recipes and plating standards with 100% adherence.

? Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in line with food safety and operational guidelines.

? Support kitchen operations with a service-minded attitude and a desire to grow.

Job Requirements

? Minimum of two years of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant.

? Previous experience with breakfast service is an asset.

? Food Safety and WHMIS certification are required.

? Fluent in both written and verbal English.

? Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, and moving.

? Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.00-$21.47 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Work Location: In person
