Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong work ethic to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities - Assist in food preparation and assembly according to recipes and quality standards - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas - Follow proper food handling and storage procedures - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Qualifications - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices - Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen setting - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
