As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests by preparing high-quality meals and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages to management.
Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality meal preparation and presentation.
Uphold the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation for all dishes served.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
Experience with meal preparation, menu planning, and catering is a plus.
