Fresh from a stunning renovation, our kitchen showcases a refined focus on in-house butchery, dry-aged fish crudo, hand-made pasta, and the finest seasonal ingredients. The Role


We are seeking a

skilled and passionate Line Cook

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen experience

, preferably in fast-paced, fine dining environments. You are organized, efficient, and reliable, with a genuine commitment to your craft. You thrive under pressure and take pride in working to the highest standards.

Responsibilities



Execute dishes to exacting standards and consistent quality. Maintain organization and cleanliness in your station. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service. Handle premium ingredients with care and respect. Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications



Minimum

3 years culinary experience

(fine dining experience preferred). Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Professional attitude and dedication to excellence. Knowledge of butchery, pasta making, or crudo preparation is an asset.
