You'll run pasta and saute, finish sauces to spec, and handle veal/meat dishes. Grill steaks to temp with speed and accuracy.
You'll cook
Pasta station: al dente timing, saute, finishing sauces
Veal & meat dishes (e.g., piccata, marsala)
Grill: steaks to requested doneness
Maintain pars, cleanliness, and plating standards
Team rotation (short, fair, scheduled)
On
weekdays
, when the line is quiet, jump into a short dish rotation
Help with basic close: wipe line, change sanitizer, quick mop dish rotation
(Weekends we have a dedicated dishwasher.)
Must-haves
2+ years pasta/saute/grill (Italian preferred)
Knife skills, station organization, clean execution
Evenings/weekends; FR and/or EN
