We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
