Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional meals that keep our guests coming back for more. Your skills will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding food and service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
