Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced breakfast line cook to join our team. As a Breakfast Line Cook you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the food industry and looking to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment. Responsibilities: -Opening and closing the line for breakfast.

-Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of meals - Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Experience: - Previous experience as a Breakfast Line cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting - Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment operation - Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for cooking and want to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
