REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in kitchens in the service industry
Experience in food preparation
Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere
Demonstrated skills in restaurant kitchen operations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
Prepare each recipe to Shoeless Joe's specs and procedures in a timely manner
Ability to coordinate cooking times appropriately; develop and maintain necessary level of speed
Ensure food quality and safe food handling at all times
Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
Monitor and minimize waste through careful planning and flawless execution
Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
Company and Legislative compliance

Minimum 1 years of Line Cook experience needed. Pay and benefits are negotiable based on experience.
