experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook

Responsibilities
Execute preparation and cooking with consistency, precision, and efficiency.
Master our recipes and plating standards, ensuring every dish meets Lou Pecou's uncompromising quality.
Demonstrate strong knife skills and a deep respect for proper culinary techniques.
Maintain a spotless and organized workstation, upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Support prep operations with discipline, accuracy, and foresight to ensure smooth service.
Communicate clearly and professionally with the brigade, contributing to a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Take ownership of your station and contribute ideas to continually improve operations and product quality.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
2-3 years of professional kitchen experience
in a quality-driven restaurant.
Strong foundation in classical cooking techniques and familiarity with Italian cuisine a strong asset.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Deep passion for food, discipline, and a genuine desire to grow within a culinary-focused environment.
