**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meals are consistently served. **Duties:** - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing - Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes - Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and organizing supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production - Follow food safety standards and procedures to guarantee safe food handling **Requirements:** - Previous experience in the food service industry or kitchen environment is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about cooking and eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary team, we encourage you to apply for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position.
