The Brockville Barley Mow is looking to hire part-time and full-time line cooks.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide the absolute best experiences for our guests and employees, while also creating a feeling of teamwork, energy, enthusiasm, and enjoyment.

As a line cook with The Barley Mow your key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
You will be required to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
You will be required to follow company food specs and recipes as well as maintain a high standard of food quality and cleanliness.
You will be responsible for maintaining proper pars for food, dry products and cleaning products

Job Type:

Part-time, with the possibility of becoming full-time & Full Time Positions available.

Salary:

Competitive wages based on experience and position. Bi-weekly tip-out.

Experience:


line cook: 1 year (Preferred)

Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Duties:


Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week Full-time 35-44 hours per week

Salary: $15.50-$19.00 per hour

SIGN ON BONUS - UP to $500 (Paid in 2 increments, after 90 days & 6 months)*
