Responsibilities:

• You will help buyers with all their buying needs while having them benefit from Commission Rebates
• You will help sellers win back their time by removing the hassle of them needing to show their own property. Additionally, you will do showings for private unrepresented buyers - which can be an amazing source for Buyer leads!
• You will help sellers with offers, negotiations, and all the associated paperwork while providing them with the expert guidance and advice required to complete their sale
• You will assist sellers by getting them posted to real estate board\xe2\x80\x99s MLS\xc2\xae Systems, to REALTOR.ca, and to a growing network of real estate advertising websites and partner sites through REALTROR.ca\xe2\x80\x99s Data Distribution Facility (DDF\xc2\xae)
• You will help sellers establish a strategy surrounding their asking price that will help them get top dollar for their property

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• You need to possess good organizational and time management skills
• You need to be tech-enabled and savvy
• You need to be self-motivated and driven
• You need to join PG Direct Realty Ltd (as an Independent Consultant)
