Are you new to the Real Estate industry and eager to learn or an experienced Real Estate agent looking to expand your horizons? New agents will be trained in every aspect of the transaction and receive COACHING, TRAINING and NEGOTIATION SKILLS from day one. More experienced agents will explore and find NEW WAYS TO EXPAND your business. We provide revolutionary TRAINING, SYSTEMS & TOOLS that will help you find your footing and produce results quickly. We want to work with professionals like us who enjoy hard work and who have genuine passion for the industry. We have more leads than we can reasonably manage, so we are hoping to add a few more licensed Real Estate agents to our team. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers
  • Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations
  • Travel to properties with buyers to show off the features of each home and help them compare different properties based on their needs
  • Advise property buyers on best practices and pricing strategies
  • Prepare and proofread real estate contracts
  • Organize and oversee open houses
  • Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and your own vehicle
  • Passion for Residential Real Estate is a must
  • Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help clients find their dream homes
  • Strong work ethic, a coachable attitude and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer programs and processes
  • Highly driven, motivated and detail-oriented nature
***MUST have passed the UBC Sauder Real Estate Trading Services\xe2\x80\x99 final exam. PREFERENCES will be given to those going through the APPLIED course and/or who are currently LICENSED*** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Benefits:
