We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales team member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of licensed experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of completing 8-10 successful deals per year. If you are below that average, we can still discuss. This role offers an opportunity for personal and professional growth within our framework.

We are an equal opportunity business. Compensation: $60,000+ /annum Commission based Responsibilities:
  • Conduct real estate transactions, including listing properties, showing properties to potential buyers, and negotiating contracts
  • Showing properties to prospective buyers and assist with showings on team listings
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and provide solutions to meet their real estate objectives
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry best practices
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of real estate transactions
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of licensed real estate sales experience
  • Proven track record of successfully closing 8-10 real estate deals per year
  • Active real estate license in the province of British Columbia
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools
