Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional property manager to assist us with marketing, leasing and day to day management of our rental properties in Edmonton, Leduc & St. Albert. Education/Licensing Requirements

• MUST have a valid RECA License in Property Management
• A Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle

Property Manager Responsiblities:

• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into the property management software swiftly.
• Scheduling prospective owner meetings to provide rental evaluations for new properties.
• Examining properties and coordinating maintenance with appropriate vendor through the Property Administrator
• Create Advertising descriptions on available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities with tenants.
• Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
• Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. Informing prospective tenants of results.
• Drafting & Completing Leases with approved tenants.
• Completing Move In, Move Out & Midterm Inspections
• Liaising with tenants & owners to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively
• This is a work from home position with flexible hours and some weekend availability needed. All software and system training will be provided for you. However a strong understanding of computers and technology is required.

• Salary: Commission based of rental income and portfolio

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
