Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive property manager to oversee rental properties to ensure they are profitable and well-maintained for owners. Key responsibilities include managing tenant relations, collecting rent, arranging maintenance and repairs, and handling emergencies. They also handle administrative tasks like preparing leasing agreement, management agreements, and ensuring compliance with laws and lease agreements.

This role requires excellent negotiation abilities and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relationships. The Licensing Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between various landlords and tenants.

Tenant management

Financial administration

Property maintenance

Leasing and marketing

Emergency response

Reporting:

Preparing reports on operating expenses, income, and other property performance metrics for the owner

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong administrative skills is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between parties Proficient in data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.
