Performance Property Management is a fast-growing, modern property management company based in Toronto and proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. We oversee a diverse portfolio of high-rise, low-rise, boutique condominium, townhome, and commercial corporations.

We are currently seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our expanding team for a downtown portfolio. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days on-site, with the remaining days offering the flexibility to work from home.
Duties include but are not limited too:
On-site hours Hiring and facilitating Vendors Working with Board of Directors Handling of resident issues Facilitate and enforce internal controls and procedures Enforce the rules and regulations of the Condominium Conduct Board Meetings and Chair AGMs
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have the following :
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager CMRAO Licence Self-motivated and can work with little supervision Strong organization & prioritization skills Possess strong leadership skills Excellent communication and customer service Ability to maintain effective working relationships Experience in supervising employees Attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Very good written and verbal English language skills
