As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all clients.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with salon policies. Use salon software, including MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and answering inquiries. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction. Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members. Demonstrate effective communication skills to understand client needs and preferences. Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling. Helping to keep station and salon tidy. Assisting in laundry and other cleaning duties.

Requirements

Valid hairstyling license is required. Proficiency in hair styling techniques including hair threading and nail care is preferred. Experience with salon management software is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
