We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Lending Operations team! As a Lending Operations Administrator you will provide valuable, high quality loan administration, processing and support duties in the delivery of quality lending support services for consumer and farm & business loans, mortgages, and revolving credit products. Reporting to the Team Lead, Lending Operations you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of activities in the loan administration area as it relates to regulatory requirements and procedures, all while collaborating with others to meet the needs of our members in servicing loans quickly and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For . . . . . To be considered for the Lending Operations Administrator position, post-secondary education would be an asset and one to three years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education or experience. An individual with experience and/or knowledge including but not limited to:

• Working knowledge of lending products
• Knowledge of set up of loans within the banking system
• Pro-active response to Advisor and Associate requests, issue resolution and lending services workflows
• Familiarity with lending reporting and the ability to quickly identify and resolve areas that require action
• Experience with project management and meeting project deadlines
• Familiarity with task logging, providing updates to project leads/manager and adapting to change management processes
• Familiarity with CAFT (Customer Automated Funds Transfer)
• Working knowledge of a Help Desk ticket system
• Knowledge of or experience with ISC/PPSA and Land Titles/Corporate Registry
• Knowledge of First Canadian Title, CMHC and Genworth as well as Wyth Services (formerly Concentra Financial Services) and Out of Province Mortgage registration/discharge of mortgages system

Be a team player with exceptional communication skills, a multi-tasker who can manage your time effectively and an individual who can problem solve and actively seek opportunities for improvements. You must have successfully demonstrated the ability to work in high volumes and in fast paced environment; have the ability to make decisions and be accountable for those decisions. Having excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, DNA; knowledge of ProLender, CUMIS iCLIC, DRVA and cView would be an asset. A commitment to continuous learning and development is required.
