Responsibilities

• Paid travel professional and industry training;
• Domestic and international products;
• Industry specific software \xe2\x80\x93 Apollo, Sirev;
• Unlimited earning potential selling reputable brands;
• Confirmed passes on Air Transat flights;
• Unlimited standby passes on Air Transat and our partners;

• RRSP contributions with a % matched by the company;
• 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid mobile days plus 7 paid sick days; annually

• Advising clients on travel options offered by our various partners;
• Network and promote new travel business and grow your repeat client base;
• Meet established monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets;
• Quickly determine specific client needs and source solutions using all tools available;
• Sell travel packages in all product categories including the preparation of complex itineraries using various booking platforms (Apollo; Sirev);
• Be alert to changing trends; customer needs and be able to adapt the services to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs even when difficult circumstances arise.

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a retail environment;
• Advanced communication skills combined with an outgoing and energetic nature;
• Ability to influence through effective sales and prospecting techniques while building friendly and positive business relationships;
• Experience leveraging social media and learning new software quickly;
• Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule, available to work outside of normal business hours to attend trade; shows, conventions, and business events or to complete any agreed upon task;
• The willingness to obtain your TICO certification if you do not already have it.
