Founded in 1951, we are one of the oldest Travel Agencies in Canada, and have numerous offices in Ontario and British Columbia. • Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience
• GDS system experience-Amadeus preferred
• Fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills (Hindi or Punjabi is an asset, but not required)
• Strong sales skills, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service
• Possess basic product & supplier knowledge of packages, cruises, tours, flights & hotels
• Must be open to feedback and work well in a new learning environment
• Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic
• Working well under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients is essential

General job description: * Build rapport with clients, and determine the best option for their ideal vacation!

• Research client requests, and provide a quote in a timely and clear manner
• Arrange tours, packages, flights, hotels, cruises and/or car reservations with our suppliers
• Issue electronic tickets, invoices & itineraries
• Process ticket exchanges, service fees, and refunds as necessary
• Answer phone calls, and assist coworkers as required
• Open and close the office periodically

Compensation is based on experience and will be in the form of a base salary + commission.
