Are you an experienced Travel Consultant? If so, please send your resume now before someone else takes this exciting new position! We are growing quickly, and are looking for a Full-time Travel Consultant to join our team! Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience
- GDS system experience-Amadeus preferred
- Fluent in English and Punjabi have communication skills (Hindi is an asset, but not required)
- Strong sales skills, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service
- Possess basic product & supplier knowledge of packages, cruises, tours, flights & hotels.
- Working well under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients is essential
- Arrange tours, packages, flights, hotels, cruises reservations with our suppliers
- Issue electronic tickets, invoices & itineraries
- Process ticket exchanges, service fees, and refunds as necessary
- Answer phone calls, and assist co-workers as required Open and close the office periodically Compensation is based on experience and will be in the form of a base salary + commission.
