1. Role Summary
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all tenant-related matters, including lead generation, lease negotiations, tenant coordination, and marketing support. 2. Responsibilities and Duties
Researching and gathering contact information for prospective tenants.
Identifying and reaching out to potential leads.
Conducting space tours and negotiating rental rates and other business/legal terms.
Overseeing the negotiation and review of all lease documentation, including LOIs, Offers to Lease, Leases, Renewals and Extensions, Amendments, Expansions, Relocations, Assignments, etc.
Coordinating with new and existing tenants and managing their build-out process.
Maintaining and updating sales databases and related resources.
Networking and building/maintaining strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and other key stakeholders involved in the leasing process.
Collaborating with the marketing team to prepare flyers, maintain websites, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
3. Requirements and Qualifications
College diploma.
1-3 years of experience in commercial leasing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).
Bilingual (French and English).
Personal vehicle and valid driver's license required (travel may be necessary).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Independent, reliable, and a team player.
4. Assets
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Commercial real estate brokerage license.
Graphic design experience (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).

Le/la Gestionnaire a la location sera responsable de l'ensemble des aspects lies aux locataires, incluant la prospection, la negociation des baux, la coordination des amenagements et le soutien marketing. Le candidat ideal sera organise, analytique et dote d'excellentes competences en communication. Il ou elle saura proposer des idees novatrices pour ameliorer les performances de location, tout en gerant un portefeuille en constante evolution.

2. Responsabilites et devoirs
Rechercher et recueillir les coordonnees de locataires potentiels.
Identifier et contacter des prospects qualifies.
Faire visiter les locaux et negocier les loyers ainsi que les autres modalites commerciales et juridiques.
Superviser la negociation et l'examen de toute la documentation locative, incluant les lettres d'intention (LOIs), offres de location, baux, renouvellements et prolongations, amendements, agrandissements, relocalisations, cessions, etc.
Assurer la coordination avec les locataires existants et futurs, et gerer le processus d'amenagement de leurs locaux.
Maintenir et mettre a jour les bases de donnees et ressources de vente.
Developper et entretenir de solides relations avec les courtiers, les locataires et les autres intervenants du processus de location.
Collaborer avec l'equipe marketing pour la preparation des depliants, la mise a jour des sites web et la gestion du contenu sur les reseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
3. Exigences et qualifications
Diplome d'etudes collegiales.
1 a 3 annees d'experience en location commerciale.
Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).
Bilingue (francais et anglais).
Vehicule personnel et permis de conduire valide requis (certains deplacements sont a prevoir).
Fortes competences organisationnelles, analytiques et en communication.
Autonomie, fiabilite et esprit d'equipe.
4. Atouts
Baccalaureat en finance ou en comptabilite.
Permis de courtage immobilier commercial.
Competences en conception graphique (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
