Leasing & Client Experience Manager
to own the revenue engine of our leasing department.
The Role
This is a leadership role focused on
Speed, Communication, and Conversion.
Your job is to ensure every property in our ecosystem is leased at top market rents with zero vacancy.
You will be supported by a
full-time assistant (VA)
and work closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Leadership
Oversee pricing, listing, and marketing of all rental units
Ensure units are listed promptly and leased as quickly as possible
Target leasing timelines of
30 days or less
where possible
Coordinate and handle showings, applications, approvals, and lease execution
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and strategy accordingly
Listing & Onboarding Inspections
Coordinate and participate in onboarding inspections for new listings
Take high-quality photos and videos for listings
Virtually stage photos where required
Place and manage lockboxes for showings
Ensure listings are market-ready before going live
Customer Service & Communications
The Voice of the Brand:
Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for owners and tenants throughout the leasing and onboarding lifecycle.
The Nurture Engine:
Maintain consistent, high-value communication with landlords and tenants to identify future resale and buyer opportunities for the Connect.ca sales team.
Professional Standards:
Enforce a best-in-class communication experience that reflects Connect.ca's "Real Estate Made Simple" philosophy.
Office Management & Internal Coordination
The Lifecycle Bridge:
Manage the critical transition from "Lease Signed" to "Property Management Active," ensuring a flawless handoff between the leasing process and the operations/maintenance team.
Workflow Integrity:
Oversee the internal coordination between leasing, operations, and accounting to ensure the client never feels the "gap" between departments.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage a dedicated assistant supporting leasing and communications
Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, and accounting
Hold the team accountable to response times and service standards
Improve workflows and communication processes over time
Marketing & Social Media
Ensure rental listings are promoted consistently across platforms
Oversee basic social media activity related to leasing and PM services
Coordinate listing posts and property highlights
Increase Google Reviews
Bonus & Growth Opportunities
In addition to base compensation, this role includes bonus opportunities for:
Base:
$60,000 (For the "Experience" and "Coordination" excellence)
Velocity:
$100 bonus for leasing <30 days.
Leasing:
$250 / $100 per transaction.
Ecosystem:
$250 Referral Fee for every Sale or Buy introduction.
Expectations are to make $80k++
This role offers strong upside for someone focused on long-term relationship building. While it replaces a previous role, the position has been revamped.
