Clinical Manager who's a client whisperer, treatment strategist, and growth partner

all in one.

Job description:

As our

Clinical Treatment & Client Experience Manager

, you'll serve as the

bridge between our clients, injectors, and marketing team

--creating personalized treatment plans, handling consultations, boosting membership sales, and elevating client satisfaction.

You'll be our go-to person for creating strategic beauty journeys, explaining services in a way that builds trust, and identifying the best opportunities to help clients feel empowered and radiant.

As our

Clinical Manager

, you will be the first and most important touchpoint in the client's transformation.

This is NOT a front desk or admin role. You are a

strategic partner in revenue growth and client satisfaction

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

in-depth aesthetic consultations

to understand client concerns, goals, and budget Create customized

6-month+ treatment plans

with injectables, laser, PRF, skin, or body sculpting protocols Explain pricing, memberships, packages, and payment plans

Sell and manage memberships

, track client usage and renewals Collaborate with our marketing team to develop seasonal promos and ensure consistency Identify opportunities for cross-sells based on client goals Maintain high-touch communication with VIP and new clients Prepare before/after documentation and feedback forms for content use (with consent) Handle follow-ups, check-ins, and reactivate dormant clients Must be super comfortable with AI technologies. Maintain follow-ups and communication with VIP clients Prepare case documentation (photos, feedback) for social proof/content (with consent) Ensure a luxury client experience from start to finish
Preferred Education & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in

Medical Esthetics

,

Nursing (RPN or RN)

,

Health Sciences

, or a related healthcare/clinical field

2+ years experience

in a medical aesthetics clinic, dermatology practice, plastic surgery office, or luxury medspa setting Certification in

Laser Therapies

,

Medical Aesthetics

, or

Skin Health

is an asset

Sales or marketing training

(e.g., conversion strategy, client retention) is a strong bonus Knowledge of

HIPAA/PHIPA privacy protocols

and client confidentiality best practices preferred
Compensation Package:

Hourly Pay:

$30-$40/hour based on experience plus Bonus plus comission

Monthly performance bonuses

Commission

Staff treatments at cost
