within a fast-growing real estate organization.
The Role
We are hiring a
Leasing & Customer Experience Manager
to take full A-Z ownership of leasing execution and property management communications.
This role blends the
end-to-end ownership of a Realtor
with the
organization and leadership of a senior administrator
. You will oversee pricing, listings, leasing execution, and all leasing-related owner and tenant communication, while coordinating closely with internal teams.
This is a
hands-on management role
focused on speed, accuracy, accountability, and service.
You will be supported by a full-time assistant (VA) and work closely with operations, maintenance, accounting, and leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing Leadership
Oversee pricing, listing, and marketing of all rental units
Ensure properties are listed promptly and leased efficiently
Target leasing timelines of 30 days or less where possible
Coordinate showings, applications, approvals, and lease execution
Monitor market trends and prepare pricing recommendations for approval
Listing & Onboarding
Coordinate and participate in onboarding inspections
Take high-quality photos and videos for listings
Virtually stage listings when required
Place and manage lockboxes for showings
Ensure listings are market-ready before going live
Customer Service & Communications
Manage the shared property management inbox
Ensure all communications are organized, actioned, and assigned
Triage and track owner and tenant requests
Ensure timely responses and proper follow-through
Act as the escalation point for service-related issues
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client experience
Office Management & Internal Coordination
Act as the central coordinator between leasing, operations, maintenance, and accounting
Ensure workflows are followed and nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain visibility over open issues, responses, and follow-ups
Keep the PM division organized and aligned day-to-day
Team Leadership
Lead and manage a dedicated assistant supporting leasing and communications
Hold the team accountable to response times and service standards
Improve workflows and communication processes over time
Marketing & Growth Support
Ensure rental listings are promoted across platforms
Coordinate leasing-related social media posts and property highlights
Encourage and manage Google Review requests
Identify opportunities to convert owners and tenants into future buyers and sellers

Units are leased quickly and consistently
Vacancy is actively managed and minimized
Owners feel informed, supported, and confident
Tenant communication is professional and responsive
The PM inbox is organized and controlled
Clear ownership across all tasks and communications
Bonus & Growth Opportunities
In addition to base salary, this role includes bonus opportunities tied to:
Successful lease execution
Reduced vacancy timelines
Client conversions into resale or pre-construction opportunities
Long-term relationship building through Connect.ca Realty
Bonus will range from 0-$50-$100 per property/lease.

Strong experience in real estate leasing and/or property management
Proven ability to move fast, prioritize, and problem-solve

Comfortable working in-office and visiting properties as needed

Experience with property management systems and shared inbox workflows is an asset
