Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, this is an ideal opportunity for an up-and-coming professional to analyze needs and develop industry-leading training solutions.

This position will be based out of an office but may be in any Canadian city in which our client operates: Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, or Halifax.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to deliver courses in an open and engaging environment for adult learning
• Prepare, attend, and contribute to weekly team meetings
• Communicate training schedules, assessments, effectiveness, recommendations, and training project statuses to the Manager of Learning & Development
• Coordinate training events with internal teams
• Establish post-implementation supporting tools and resources
• Research, design, and deliver e-learning courses and workshops
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Assist with operational planning and decision-making around learning systems and technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or a related field
• A professional designation or enrolled in CTDP or PDAL or willing to complete the certification; PMP or Business Analyst certifications are an asset
• Minimum one year of experience in L&D in a corporate environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency with MS Office
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (i.e., Articulate 365, Adobe Captivate) would be an asset
