Job Description
Seeking a Junior Learning and Development Specialist for a 9 months contract.Agilus is recruiting for a Learning and Development Specialist in the Energy Industry in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities:
- Perform learning needs analysis and audience assessments to understand learning needs and provide advice on appropriate learning approaches
- Coordinate and design, develop and implement high quality learning content using the Articulate 360 suite
- Support training needs in 3 languages of English, French and Spanish. Will also support the creation or modification to learning programs (curricula)
- Adhere to established processes and protocols, quality and safety standards for learning content
- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, methods for curriculum and training design are preferred
- Fluency in French and Spanish languages (both written and verbal) is also highly preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Workday Learning Management System and is an asset
