Our client in Burlington has a unique opportunity for a Bilingual Learning and Development Specialist to join their Learning and Development team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English/French and looking to travel with work within Canada!

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Learning and Development team and key stakeholders to provide continuous learning and development competencies
- Establish training strategies and outline program objectives and goals
- Research and develop programs from concept to implementation
- Provide training to employees and facilitate programs
- Evaluate programs and assess their effectiveness, applicability, and ensure it is meeting expectations
- Must be 100% bilingual and have the ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English
- 3+ years of experience working in a Learning and Development role preferably in construction or manufacturing
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, for up to 1 week at a time within Canada
- Strong communication skills, must be enthusiastic and organized
