In your role, you will:

• Optimize the logistics in direct support to the Production team at the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center
• Monitor the purchased and manufactured shortages and resolving them with the Internal Logistics and Suppliers team
• Ensure visibility to the production team on the resolution of shortages
• Comply with the operational processes, the employee performance management and development processes, while developing a mobilizing and winning work climate
• Define Logistics KPIs & governance, ensure proper training and development of team members;
• Build and develop of the Logistics team based on the operational needs
• Optimize internal and external processes;
• Promote and act as a leader for Operational Excellence implementation
• Ensure the compliance with the Manufacturing Strategy and the achievement of the highest Logistics standards

Qualifications


As our ideal candidate,

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management or five (5) years of relevant experience in Logistics
• You are fully bilingual (english and french) written and spoken
• You have experience in Logistics
• Being knowledgeable with SAP would be an asset
• You possess good leadership in managing major initiatives involving working with internal and external partners, in a context of new product industrialization
• You have the capacity to work with concepts and translate them into solid execution plans, good project management skills
• You are recognized for your leadership, your communication and your coaching skills, for your ability to mobilize and engage a team
• You have experience in the Aerospace Industry and the understanding of the aircraft and its components would be an asset
• You are proficient with the Microsoft Suite
