Job Description

As a Lead Technical Product Manager for Billing System at LotusFlare, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap, design/architecture, and development of the LotusFlare DNO Billing system. LotusFlare DNO cloud is a commerce and monetization managed service that serves as a digital business support system (BSS) for communications and media services providers. DNO Cloud capabilities that you will help advance for LotusFlare CSP customers encompass charging (including 5G standalone, online and offline charging, etc.), billing, discounting, currency management, billing hierarchies, payments and collections, credit control, tax management, revenue assurance and auditing, financial control and auditing, within B2B, B2C and B2B2X business models. Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare\xe2\x80\x99s software stack
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch
• Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience
• Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development
• 3+ years of previous experience in telecom BSS product or SaaS subscription billing product
• Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
• 1 - 3 years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or engineering
