We sit within the TELUS Business Marketing team, and we support everything from small to mid-market businesses, as well as both our wireless and wireline suites of products.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Technical Product Manager on the Virtual Selling team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our sales technology to enable more efficient and effective selling in a virtual environment. You will help your team to trailblaze the planning and implementation of enhancements to our CRM (Salesforce), and be responsible for establishing and maintaining connections from CRM into other technologies including Lead Workflow, Call Quality and Telephony. Best of all, you'll be building experience in some of the most marketable skill sets in the job market today!

Here's how:

  • You will work directly with sales and marketing primes to understand the needs of their team, and use this to make key enhancements to the sales journey
  • You will partner with our internal development trams to bring bring these key enhancements to life
  • You and your team will carefully support frontlines through the change management of leveraging any new solutions we introduce
  • You will support building executive-level progress updates for senior leadership
Qualifications

  • Your empathy allows you to gain a deep understanding of your stakeholders, and you can translate this to solution design needs
  • You're a hurdler
  • You like things to move fast, and are adept at using a combination of collaboration, influence, and creativity to overcome barriers slowing progression
  • You're a sales-tech enthusiast
  • You have a basic knowledge of CRM SaaS such as Salesforce and are eager to expand your knowledge in this marketable skill set
  • You're a builder
  • You have some experience in product management/development - including designing business requirements, building test plans, and supporting launches
  • You're a champion of change
  • You relish the opportunity to help guide key stakeholders through change and drive their adoption
