Here at Prodigy, we are working hard to achieve our mission to help every student in the world LOVE learning. Our Ecommerce team is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team. As Senior Technical Product Manager, Ecommerce at Prodigy you will take ownership of the products, processes and future improvements that help drive Prodigy's revenue engine - our Membership Landing Page, Checkout Flow, and Payment Infrastructure. You will own the entire experience, from describing and advertising a Prodigy membership, to improving the user's checkout experience, to facilitating a membership sale via our payment infrastructure.

Your Impact

• You will own the entire experience from describing and advertising a Prodigy membership on our Membership Landing Pages, to improving the user's checkout flow experience, to facilitating its sale via our payment infrastructure in order to make the best improvements
• To increase conversions and optimize the user experience, you will conduct tests (A/B, multi-armed bandit, etc.).
• Develop a deep understanding of our internal and external users to identify how our tools and technology can help solve their problems
• Identify new opportunities by challenging existing viewpoints, all in the effort to help build a better experience for our users.
• With engineering, determine the compromises that are required to deliver a product that meets user needs on-time and on-budget
• Utilize data analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor the game's performance and identify new features and tactics to improve KPIs

About You

• Experience in product management at a software company for at least three years
• A passion for building great products, and an ability to inspire your team with a clear vision and strategy
• Experience optimizing payment flows, processes and revenue growth/recovery related tactics (preferably using Stripe)
• Experience conducting user research and identifying key metrics to add significant value to a product
• Worked with and facilitated subscription/membership sales (B2C)
• Experience working - and conducting tests - on a customer facing landing page
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to present product rationales

• Worked on creating discounts/promotional offers and pricing
• Experience pricing, cross selling, and bundling products and in-app purchases
