We've got an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Communications Lead. Are you up for the challenge?

As a Lead Marketing Communications, based within our Marketing & Digital function, you will be the key point of contact across various commercial channels for all marketing communications related to campaigns and products, including creating compelling content for our websites, retail stores, partner retail stores and online outlets, email/SMS, and social media. This includes agency briefings, copywriting for print, facilitating French translation, proofreading, and coordinating approvals and deployment.

Managing a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and spanning all levels and functions of the organization, you will be responsible for creative content development and output through global playbooks, as well as third-party agencies. A solution-oriented mindset, consumer centricity, and a hunger to win will be key in this role.

You will also overview the monitoring of campaign performance and gather data, to develop and issue performance reports. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize communication in different channels.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate and results-driven, with the ability to positively influence others.
• Experienced with creative development - content creation and copywriting experience are strong assets.
• Creative and curious thinker, with a customer-centric approach.
• A team player, who can also work autonomously.
• Confident and possesses strong communication skills.
• A holder of a marketing degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual: French and English - is a strong asset
