As such, we are seeking a versatile Marketing & Communications Lead who can own all things brand while juggling the priorities of our fast-paced environment. With excellent writing, time management and digital marketing skills, the Marketing & Communications Lead will be trusted to play a pivotal role in guiding our continual growth.   • Providing quality control and brand strategy alignment through and internal and external communications including proposal writing;
  • Managing Venor\'s marketing strategy to maintain and update all social media channels, ensuring all content is in alignment with the Venor brand;
  • Developing effectiveness reports on social media reach etc., and recommendations on future strategies and activities;
  • Completing ad-hoc design work optimizing modern writing and design mediums and tools as required;
  • Ensuring important business line templates and documentation are appropriately branded, quality reviewed, professionally organized and ready for use;
  • Creating, maintaining and posting company website and blog posts and updates/edits
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinating meetings and events as required;
  • Effectively communicating and promoting Venor\'s vision, mission, and values; and
  • All other duties as required.
As the ideal candidate, you have a degree in communications, public relations, business, or a related field, along with three or more years of professional experience in a similar role and/or equivalent education and experience. You have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional analytical and communication abilities. You are a planner, writer, and creative thinker who brings a strategic mindset to the table. You have outstanding written and verbal communication with a proven ability to compose compelling content for targeted audiences and provide excellent proofreading skills. You have basic design experience with the ability to create professional graphics as required. You are highly motivated and able to work well independently and, in a team, with a willingness to handle administrative tasks with care and jump in where you are needed. A high-level proficiency in Google Workspace is desired. Experience in Canva is an asset. Venor embraces a culture of belonging in the workplace.
