Who Should Apply?

We are in search of a

Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician

to join our team - Someone who takes pride in what they do and can demonstrate the following:

Outstanding customer service. Familiarity with furnaces, AC's, boilers, hydronics, geothermal, heat pumps, controls, and air quality. Consistent, quality installation work. Knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practices. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Accurate, detail-oriented reporting.

Licence requirements:

313A or 313D or an experienced apprentice TSSA Gas Technician 2 (Gas 1 is an asset) ODP certificate In good standing with the OCOT/STO A valid G Driver's License, with a clean abstract

What you will do:

You will be responsible for installing and commissioning custom residential HVAC systems in retrofit applications and on new construction job sites. Installers are expected to be well rounded and able to plan and execute sheet metal work, gas piping, plumbing, control wiring, electrical work, etc. through the course of each install. You will be responsible for directing one or more junior staff on these jobsites, and assure that your team's work meet the goals and deadlines set by our systems designers and clients.
