We're looking for a

Lead HVAC Installation Technician

who can take ownership of installations -- from setup to completion. You'll lead installs on ductless and ducted heat pump systems, oversee helpers when needed, and ensure every project meets our quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish Lead and train junior installers or helpers when assigned Ensure all work complies with Nova Scotia building, electrical, and safety codes Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates Perform system testing, evacuation, and commissioning

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience Proven ability to complete full installations independently Valid Nova Scotia driver's license and clean driving record Nova Scotia Certificate of Qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic

or

equivalent residential HVAC experience Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) handling certification (asset) Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
