The Opportunity
:
As our Lead Human Resources Administrator, you'll supports the HR Manager and take charge of daily HR operations. You will guide and coach the HR team, ensure our people processes run smoothly, and uphold our high standards of accuracy, compliance, and care.
This is a
hands-on, on-site
position -- we believe in being present and connected with our teams.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR team -- fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Manage the full HR lifecycle -- from onboarding to benefits administration and record-keeping.
Provide trusted guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.
Oversee leaves of absence, benefit and RRSP programs, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Maintain HR systems and databases, support program rollouts, and track key HR metrics and reports.
Stay current on legislation and compliance requirements to keep our organization protected and informed.
Collaborate with payroll and provide backup support as needed to keep operations seamless.
The lead role adds a layer of team leadership, accountability for service standards, and process improvement for administrator duties.
What You Bring
A genuine passion for people and making a difference every day.
At least
2 years of experience
as an HR Administrator or in a related HR role.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a positive, team-first attitude.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and general computer applications.
A commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
