pour notre entrepot de Lachine. Vous jouerez un role cle dans la gestion des activites quotidiennes de l'entreprise, et contribuerez a minimiser les obstacles a la bonne execution des procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP), des Accords de Niveau de Service (SLA) et des bonnes pratiques. De plus, vous serez le super utilisateur pour le Systeme de Gestion d'entrepot (WMS).

Fonctions et Responsabilites




Acquerir et maintenir une connaissance approfondie des activites du client. Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients et etablir des relations professionnelles solides avec les clients et les equipes internes. Comprendre parfaitement les accords de niveau de service (SLA) afin de garantir une facturation precise et ponctuelle. Superviser les operations de production selon les directives et exigences du client, y compris la qualite et les attentes du client. Aider a la supervision des employes en respectant la politique de sante et securite, et promouvoir un environnement de travail propre et securitaire. Appliquer en tout temps les politiques de securite, y compris les procedures d'ouverture et de fermeture du batiment. Gerer le personnel relevant du poste : superviser, former, evaluer, motiver, deleguer et suivre leurs activites. Controler quotidiennement les normes de qualite et assurer la responsabilisation du personnel. Suivre et publier les resultats de productivite chaque jour, en s'assurant que les objectifs soient atteints ou depasses. S'assurer que le personnel dispose de tous les outils necessaires pour effectuer son travail de maniere efficace et precise. Favoriser le travail d'equipe. Organiser regulierement des reunions avec le personnel pour donner des mises a jour sur les sujets internes et lies aux clients, tout en favorisant une communication ouverte dans les deux sens. Participer aux reunions de planification quotidiennes pour garantir une repartition efficace de la main-d'oeuvre. Planifier les horaires du personnel selon la charge de travail et les delais a respecter. S'assurer que les couts operationnels respectent le budget et viser a depasser les objectifs financiers fixes. Contribuer au developpement de strategies de resolution de problemes dans les domaines concernes. Communiquer quotidiennement avec le responsable de l'entrepot pour partager les informations importantes, revoir les problemes et y apporter des solutions. Participer a la gestion des documents lies a la paie, en respectant les delais et les normes de l'entreprise. Veiller a la completion des rapports, bons de travail, feuilles de temps, controles de poste et autres taches administratives. Promouvoir un environnement de travail inclusif, sans discrimination et sans conflit. Effectuer toute autre tache demandee par la direction.

Super Utilisateur WMS




Etre le super utilisateur du systeme WMS. Former et reformer les employes sur les transactions WMS, et aider a resoudre les problemes lies au systeme. S'assurer du bon fonctionnement du systeme, en conformite avec les standards du client. Servir d'intermediaire entre l'equipe informatique et les operations pour les questions liees a WMS. Maintenir et developper les procedures (SOP) pour le systeme. Apprendre et soutenir les applications specifiques au client si necessaire. Utiliser les outils Microsoft Office pour creer des instructions etape par etape, avec captures d'ecran.

Exigences et Qualifications




Minimum de 4 ans d'experience en administration/supervision dans un environnement 3PL. Experience avec des clients a haute valeur et respect des procedures (SOP). Connaissance obligatoire des systemes de distribution et de WMS. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite. Capacite a resoudre les conflits entre employes de maniere efficace. Aptitude a planifier et organiser le travail de facon proactive. Solides competences en gestion du temps. Maitrise des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'ecrit comme a l'oral.

Duties and Responsibilities




Master and maintain a thorough knowledge of the client's business. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, professional relationships with customers and internal operational teams. Ensure a full understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee accurate and timely billing. Supervise production operations in accordance with customer guidelines and requirements, including quality assurance and customer expectations. Assist in the supervision of employees in compliance with the Health & Safety Policy, and promote a clean and safe working environment. Enforce security policies at all times, including building security procedures related to opening and closing. Manage all staff reporting to this position, effectively supervising, training, evaluating, motivating, delegating, and monitoring their activities. Review and monitor quality standards daily, ensuring staff accountability. Monitor and publish productivity results on a daily basis, ensuring staff meet or exceed set goals. Ensure staff have all necessary tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Promote effective teamwork. Hold regular staff meetings to provide updates on internal and customer-related issues, encouraging open, two-way communication. Attend daily planning meetings to ensure efficient and adequate labor distribution across departments. Schedule staff according to workload requirements and timelines. Ensure operational costs remain within budget and strive to exceed financial targets associated with the account. Assist in developing problem-solving strategies within areas of responsibility. Communicate daily with the warehouse manager to share relevant information, review issues, and determine required solutions. Assist in the management of payroll documentation, ensuring compliance with company deadlines and standards. Ensure completion of relevant reports, work orders, time cards, job watches, and other administrative tasks. Foster a work environment that embraces diversity, prohibits discrimination, and minimizes conflict. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

WMS Super User




Serve as the super user for the WMS system. Train and retrain associates on WMS transactions, and assist in troubleshooting WMS-related issues. Ensure the WMS functions in compliance with client standards. Act as a liaison between the IT team and operations regarding WMS issues. Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the system. Learn and provide support for customer-specific applications as required. Use Microsoft Office tools to create step-by-step, task-specific instructions with screenshots

Requirements and Qualifications




Minimum 4 years of experience in 3PL administration or supervisory roles. Experience working with high-value customers Mandatory knowledge of distribution operating systems and WMS. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to resolve employee conflicts effectively. Ability to proactively plan and organize work to achieve goals. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. English and French fluency in both written and oral communication.
