What You'll Do:

Operate lawn care equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed. Manage inventory and ensure equipment is in excellent working condition. Follow the Team Leader, ensuring all safety measures are followed and that the team maintains a high level of professionalism. Communicate with the Team Leader on work updates, and the work is done properly. Handle customer interactions when needed, ensuring client satisfaction and positive relationships.
Who We're Looking For:

Physically Fit

- This is a hands-on job that requires strength and stamina. Ability to handle a physical demanding fast paced job.

Lawn Care or Landscaping Experience

- Must have Previous experience in the lawn care industry is a plus. However we will train you as well.

Strong Communication Skills

- Clear, positive communication with your team and clients.

Organizational Skills

- Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize work effectively.

Attention to Detail

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 - 70 per week
