Next Level Lawns is hiring a

Lawn Care Technician

for the upcoming season! We're a

small, locally owned

lawn care company in Winnipeg, specializing in professional lawn maintenance, including spring cleanups, lawn cutting, and aeration.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, and blowing. Complete spring and fall cleanups (power raking, vacuuming, leaf removal). Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience in lawn care is preferred but not required. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team. Valid driver's license required.
