We're looking for an experienced Runner to join our Kidston team. This is a part-time position to join our growing team.

Our Law Office Runner will assists with various administrative and logistical tasks within a legal office. Responsibilities include running errands (like going to the bank, court, or other law firms), covering reception, and assisting with tasks such as filing, scanning, and general office upkeep.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Errands: Delivering documents, going to the bank, visiting other law firms or government offices. Reception: Covering reception duties during breaks or absences. Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, data entry, and other general office tasks. Office Maintenance: Assisting with maintaining the coffee room and supply room, and general upkeep of the office environment.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

Highly reliable and possesses professional demeanor Provided reliable and efficient courier services for legal documents, ensuring timely delivery to clients, courts, and external agencies. Maintained strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive legal materials. Supported legal teams by filing court documents, retrieving records, and managing urgent administrative tasks. Developed strong organizational skills by prioritizing multiple deliveries and deadlines effectively. Build excellent rapport with law office staff and external stakeholders through consistent communication and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment with continual changing demands.

THE PROCESS:

The interview process includes: Remote 30-minute phone interview with Laurel Swan (she/her), HR Advisor. In person or remote 60-minute video interview with Laurel Swan (she/her), HR Advisor and Robert Ross (he/him), Managing Partner. Conduct reference and security checks. Offer.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
