law office bookkeeping

trust account reconciliation, payroll, and government remittances
.
Responsibilities include:
Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Processing payroll and handling all related government remittances
Reconciling operating and trust accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records
Generating reports and supporting the firm's accountant as needed
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience (preferably in a law office setting)
Proficiency in
QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of trust accounting rules and compliance
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Compensation:
Wage commensurate with experience.
