Job Summary

We're looking for hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in the landscape construction industry. Experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installations, including grading, planting, and hardscape construction Operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment safely and efficiently Help install irrigation systems and soil preparation Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as directed Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency Adhere to company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications

Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour is an asset (but not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to learn and grow within the company
