, a local landscape and construction company in the Halifax area, for reliable outdoor work in all seasons. From spring through fall, you'll take part in landscaping and construction projects -- grading soil, laying sod, and building patios and walkways.

When winter arrives, you'll be part of our

on-call snow removal team

, with premium pay during snow and ice events. If you like hands-on work, teamwork, and being outdoors, this role offers steady hours and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

Spread and level soil, mulch, and gravel Lay sod, plant trees/shrubs, and help build patios and retaining walls Operate hand tools and small equipment (wheelbarrows, tampers, compactors, etc.) Respond to snow events -- shovel, salt, and clear snow as needed Work flexible hours during snowstorms (early mornings, evenings, Saturdays)

Requirements

Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labourer experience (1+ season preferred)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
