We're looking for 2 highly motivated and responsible Crew Members to join our team. We're interested in hiring passionate individuals who enjoy working in high-paced environments and have the energy to work long hours when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services on customer properties as per Louch Landscapes expectations including grass cutting, trimming, leaf/debris blowing, raking, general clean up, fertilizing, garden care (weeding, edging, cultivating), plant care (pruning, trimming shrubs & trees) according to site specific details. Effective use and understanding of turf and lawn care equipment Ensuring properties are maintained to the high level of quality that is expected Maintain safe work practices and procedures on each site Identify landscape related issues within the accounts that you service, recording those issues and reporting them to your crew leader or manager Dedicated to quality customer service you go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure company policies, health & safety requirements and procedures are followed and adhered to at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
