Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Perform landscape install activities including planting, laying pavers, and mulching. Forming and pouring concrete sidewalks, curbs and small walls and slabs. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls, topsoil and sod. Hand dig trenches as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Experience

2 years experience of pouring concrete is required Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
