As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful and functional. This position requires a hands-on approach to various landscaping tasks, utilizing both mechanical and manual skills to achieve high-quality results.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Irrigate and manage watering systems to ensure optimal plant health. Build and dig as needed for planting beds, pathways, or other landscape features. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing regular inspections and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Assist in the installation of plants, trees, and shrubs according to design specifications.

Skills

Mechanical knowledge to understand and operate various landscaping equipment. Experience in landscape maintenance practices. Ability to irrigate effectively, ensuring proper water distribution for plants. Proficient in building structures such as garden beds or retaining walls. Strong digging skills for planting or excavation tasks. Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care. Competence in using power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws. Skillful in maintaining hand tools like shovels, rakes, and pruners.
